    Connect with our Director of Working Professional MBA Admissions for an informal information session and chat about the Texas McCombs Evening MBA program and the application process. You will also have the opportunity to see firsthand why McCombs is continually recognized for having some of the best faculty in the nation by joining current students in one of their classes.

    4:45 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.    Check-In at the MBA Program Office on the 2nd Floor
    5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.    Information Session and Chat with Director, Sharon Barrett 
    6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.    Class Visit* with current students:

    *There are a limited number of seats available for visitors in the class. Seats will be first-come, first-served until limit is reached.

    Complimentary parking will be available in the Rowling Hall Garage (entrance located off 20th St). If the garage is full, you may also receive validated parking at the AT&T Conference Center Garage, or Brazos Garage. Pay-to-park spots are available on surface streets around the campus or in the Dobie Garage for an hourly rate, but cannot be validated or reimbursed.
    Please note that if parking in the Rowling Hall Garage, visitors should park on Levels B3 – B6 and use the elevators labeled “Parking Elevators” (NOT the Zlotnik Family Ballroom/Texas Executive Education Elevators). Take the Parking Elevators up to Level 1 to enter Rowling Hall and then take the lobby stairs or elevators to the Second Floor.
